Refund Terms & Eligibility
1. Advisory & Initial Sessions
Initial project consultations are provided to clarify scope and feasibility. For paid strategy or advisory sessions, clients may request a refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Once a consultation has been formally conducted, the associated session fee is non-refundable.
2. Custom Software & Web Projects
Custom development projects operate on agreed milestone schedules. Initial deposits are refundable if requested prior to project kickoff and work commencement. Once a milestone is completed, reviewed, and approved by the client, funds paid for that milestone become non-refundable.
3. Education Consultancy Services
For education consultancy services, refund requests for unfulfilled project components are reviewed on a pro-rata basis. Delivered guidance documents and completed consultation reviews are non-refundable.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or financial adjustment, please send a written email to alihassan993364@gmail.com detailing your project reference and rationale. Every request is reviewed with fairness and commercial transparency.
5. Processing Timelines
Approved refund transactions are processed within 5 to 7 business days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
