Engagement Terms & Eligibility
1. Advisory & Discovery Sessions
Preliminary 30-minute strategic discovery calls are provided complimentary. For paid deep-dive executive strategy retainers or architecture audits, clients may request a 100% full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Once an advisory session or proprietary strategy roadmap has been formally delivered and presented, the associated consultation fee becomes non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of senior leadership bandwidth.
2. Custom Software Engineering & Sprints
Custom development projects operate on a milestone-driven validation framework. Upfront deposits allocated to sprint kickoff and technical discovery are fully refundable if requested within 5 business days of contract execution prior to code authoring. Once a sprint milestone is delivered, reviewed, and signed off by client stakeholders, funds paid for that specific milestone are non-refundable. If a milestone does not meet agreed technical specifications, our engineering team guarantees corrective iterations at no additional charge until compliance is achieved.
3. University & Academic Review Retainers
For academic accreditation guidance, faculty workshops, and curriculum audits, refunds may be requested pro-rata based on the percentage of unfulfilled review hours. Completed documentation reviews and delivered report evaluations are non-refundable once transmitted to institutional directors.
4. Process for Initiating a Refund Request
To initiate a formal refund review or financial adjustment, please submit a written request via verified executive email to alihassan993364@gmail.com with your project reference invoice number and detailed rationale. Our leadership governance committee reviews every request with fairness, commercial transparency, and professional integrity.
5. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods
Approved refund transactions are processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment rail (SWIFT wire transfer, UK bank transfer, or Pakistan domestic banking settlement). Foreign exchange variations or international banking transfer fees incurred during return disbursement are deducted at exact cost.
