Terms of Engagement
1. Scope of Services & Agreement
AH Knowledge Hub provides software development, web application solutions, technical consulting, and education consultancy. By initiating an engagement or project with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be governed by agreed written proposals or Statements of Work.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom source code, assets, and documentation created specifically for the client remain the property of the client upon final settlement of invoiced amounts. AH Knowledge Hub retains ownership over pre-existing utilities, reusable components, and general development methodologies.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Payments for project deliverables, technical retainers, and consultancy sessions are structured around agreed milestones or hourly/project rates. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the formal invoice unless previously agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both AH Knowledge Hub and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all non-public business strategies, project specifications, and proprietary data shared during the engagement.
5. Client Responsibilities & Timelines
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials or assets, and review approvals within agreed windows. Delays in receiving client inputs may result in proportionate timeline adjustments.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
AH Knowledge Hub exercises high professional standards in software engineering and consultancy. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party service interruptions or platform changes beyond reasonable control.
