Commercial & Operational Standards
1. Scope of Services & Agreement
AH Knowledge Hub provides educational consultancy, artificial intelligence roadmaps, university readiness assessments, and custom software engineering. By initiating an engagement, consulting contract, or development project with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will always be governed by an agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or formal proposal agreed upon via verified email or consultation.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom source code, proprietary algorithms, educational documentation, and technical architecture delivered specifically for the client remain the sole property of the client upon final and complete settlement of invoiced amounts. AH Knowledge Hub retains ownership over pre-existing internal frameworks, reusable boilerplate utilities, and general industry methodologies utilized during the project lifespan.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Payments for engineering sprint deliverables, consultancy retainers, and academic reviews are structured around verifiable milestones. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the formal invoice unless previously negotiated in writing. For custom development projects, project commencement requires an agreed upfront deposit, with subsequent tranches tied directly to architectural demonstrations and deployment sign-offs.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both AH Knowledge Hub and the client mutually agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public business strategies, proprietary datasets, student records, and infrastructure blueprints shared during the engagement. We enforce enterprise-grade security protocols across our UK and Pakistan operations to safeguard client assets against unauthorized disclosure.
5. Client Responsibilities & Timelines
To ensure rapid delivery and high-concurrency engineering execution, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, API access credentials where necessary, and stakeholder approvals within agreed feedback windows. Delays caused by third-party vendor blockers or extended client review loops may result in proportionate timeline adjustments without penalty to AH Knowledge Hub.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
AH Knowledge Hub exercises the highest standards of professional engineering care and academic diligence. In no event shall either party be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from operational outages or third-party platform changes beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the applicable commercial laws of the United Kingdom and Pakistan in our respective operating jurisdictions.
